When will the orders be processed?

All orders will be processed within 2-4 days (excluding weekends) after we have received the payment.

 

What will happen if the stock is 'unavailable' after payment has been made?

We will give full refund within the next 2 days.

  

FOR LOCAL BUYERS 

All Singapore orders will be sent by Singpost.

(A) Normal mail (for Local destination) - Package will be delivered to the mailbox. However, this is not recommended as it has no NO tracking number

Postage for Normal mail (Local destination only):              1 to 2 items: SGD 2.00                          3 to 4 items:  SGD 3.00

 

(B) Registered mail (for Local destination) - Package will be delivered direct to the doorstep of addressee. This is highly recommended as you can track the package both online and offline via the tracking number. 

Postage for Registered mail:    An addition of  $2.24 to normal mail postage

 

** CMD shall not be responsible for package lost in mail

 

FOR OVERSEAS BUYERS

All international orders will be sent by Singapore Post -- Air Mail International  (inclusive Registered Mail Tracking number +SGD 2.24 )

** Estimated delivery within 10-16 working days to major cities of the world

** CMD shall not be responsible for package lost in mail.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items cannot be exchanged except defective items. Full refund is given for items that are out of stock.
